Business Permission

If you are a non-EEA* National who intends to come to Ireland in order to establish a business you will require the permission of the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to do so (?Business Permission?).

CRODisk Incorporation Scheme

The Companies Registration Office have now introduced an electronic company incorporation scheme, CRODisk.

Company Incorporation and Economic Activity

The procedure for obtaining a statement from the Revenue Commissioners, confirming that a company has a real and continuous link with one or more economic activities that are being carried on in the State, is outlined here. This refers to the need for a company to have one or more resident directors.
